Jing Gao, the founder and CEO of Fly By Jing, is an entrepreneur, former Shanghai-based Chef, and renowned expert of Chinese cuisine. She founded her line of natural pantry essentials to infuse the uncensored flavors of her hometown in Chengdu, China into a new audience of culinaries. She’s trained with legendary Chengdu Chef Yo Bo, opened restaurants and pop-ups, and eventually kickstarted Fly by Jing in homage to Chengdu’s cult-favorite, hole-in-the-wall “fly restaurants" (hence the name).
