Yuzu Shrub
Our Yuzu Shrub sets an extremely high bar and new gold standard when it comes to flavor and color, and its garnered a serious cult following amongst foodies. We sourced fruit from our dear friend and Farmer Marguerita Smith of Mud Creek Ranch in Southern California. Unlike many other farmers, Marguerita harvests her winter citrus at peak ripeness when they’re juicy and exploding with bright, zesty flavors, intensely floral and sweet smelling, and boasting the most beautiful shades of yellow you can find in nature.
The yuzus from Mud Creek Ranch are good as gold, and they’re truly the sort of citrus worth seeking out at all costs and experiencing. We can’t say enough good things about the yuzu from Mud Creek Ranch, and we’re exceedingly proud of the beautiful product we’ve created with our Yuzu Shrub.

More about the Maker: Our combined commitments to making and selling in small batches, sourcing fruit directly from our small farm partners and never adding sugar define us. We are exceedingly proud to make beverages that celebrate the bounty, abundance and bright flavors of every season in Southern California.
We source produce from small-scale, community-based, regionally-rooted farmers. Many of the farms we work with are certified-organic, non-profits committed to cultivating community around food and making positive changes to our regional food systems.
We are equally proud to source seasonal fruit from the properties and side yards of small, local producers who share our same values and practice organic farming. Together, our small farm partners manage and care for perennial fruit trees and orchards, honor the earth and celebrate the landscape that sustains all of us.
