Mushroom Ale Vinegar starts with top quality Maine beer from Black Pug Brewing, “The Leshen” a Scotch ale with shiitake, oyster and porcini mushrooms in the boil and toffee sweetness. The finished vinegar was then infused with dried Black Trumpet mushrooms and aged with toasted oak. Mushroom Ale Vinegar is woodsy, earthy and savory.
