The shower at the Flamingo has a large window that opens to the garden. We designed it this way so I could smell the garden while taking a shower, even in winter. Night Blooming Jasmine has covered the frame of the window, filling the bathroom with its intoxicating scent. As night falls and the flowers bloom, their narcotic perfume strengthens during the night. It’s one of my favorite fragrances, unlike any other in the garden.

This Body Wash is my love-letter to that shower. We combined it with the pure oils of hand-picked Damask Rose, Ionian Bergamot, and a pop of Pink Peppercorns. Its silky, honey-like Castile formula is thickened with natural Sea Salt, Rosehip Seed Oil from Patagonia, and soothing Babassu Seed Oil from Brazil. It’s the most beautiful fragrance we have ever made.

Babassu Oil
Contains fatty acids and antioxidants to soothe skin. High levels of Lauric Acid add moisture and provide a beautiful lather in soaps.

Olive Oil
Locks in moisture with Oleic Acid and Squalene. Rich in antioxidants, it helps provide resilience against the environment. 

Jojoba Oil
A liquid wax with a structure similar to our skin’s lipids, allowing it to deeply hydrate and help maintain moisture levels.

Our Babassu Seed Oil is sustainably-harvested in the fertile soils of Brazil in ways that preserve the rainforest and protect delicate ecosystems and livelihoods. Grown in the Oregon Willamette Valley, our Meadowfoam Seed Oil is harvested using no-till, sustainable, organic methods, and cold pressed to ensure maximum potency. Our organic Bergamot grows wild on the coast of the Ionian Sea in groves that are centuries-old. A Note About Candle Care: When burning your candle for the first time, allow it to burn for 2 to 3 hours, until the top layer of the wax has completely melted. This will prevent the wax from tunneling around the wick. When burning the candle after the first burn, do not let it burn for over 3 hours at a time. 

Ideally, we recommend keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times to prevent the candle from emitting smoke or the wick falling into the wax.

After each burn, see that the wick is centered in the wax. This will also ensure that the glass does not overheat. The wick and flame should never be touching the glass. When approaching the end of the candle, leave ¼ inch of wax unburned and ensure you are not burning the candle for more than 3 hours. The glass can get overheated without the presence of wax and break.
