Jing Gao, the founder and CEO of Fly By Jing, is an entrepreneur, former Shanghai-based Chef, and renowned expert of Chinese cuisine. She founded her line of natural pantry essentials to infuse the uncensored flavors of her hometown in Chengdu, China into a new audience of culinaries.
