Returns and Exchange Policy

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Seven Sisters will exchange or refund non-sale items within 5 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

PHONE ORDER RETURN POLICY:

Seven Sisters will exchange or refund non-sale items within 7 days of original delivery date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.

International returns must be received within 15 days of the original delivery date to guarantee a full refund.

Gifts can be exchanged or applied as store credit.

All jewelry, underpinnings, eyewear, printed matter, self-care, skin care, body care, swimwear and Vintage Items are FINAL SALE. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Promotional sale purchases (items purchased with a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only. No exceptions.

Seven Sisters reserves the right to refuse any return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If there is a mistake on the part of Seven Sisters (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. We will not, however, refund international duties or taxes.

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

International

If the customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of Seven Sisters' shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Items will be shipped from Portland, Oregon (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects both the customer and us the shippers.

DHL International: $45

(This is a rough estimate. If the package exceeds 3lbs. customer will be responsible for added shipping charges.)

Gift Cards
