Seven Sisters accepts returns of faulty items within 7 days of the shipping date - unless items are marked "Sale" in their description. They must be 100% unworn and have their full original packaging & tags. Please contact us before you return your order at jillian@sevensisterspdx.com for full return instructions.

Shipping, handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. Items purchased on sale (including coupon code discounts) are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. All orders must be shipped with insurance and with a request for signature for your own protection.

Upon receipt of your return please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. 

We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for return, if they qualify with the above. Purchases made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange here. Please refer to their returns policy.

We do not offer exchanges or order cancellations and we hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements
