Return Policy

WEB RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love your purchase and are happy to help assist you with your selections. We are available by email Wednesday through Sunday to answer questions, send detailed photos and garment measurements. Please reach out to sevensistersdigital@gmail.com with inquiries. Please note, we are out of the office and are unable to answer emails on Monday and Tuesday, but will respond promptly upon return. 

Web Orders may be returned within 5 days for store credit. Returns cannot be accepted after return period. Please note, for fairness, no exceptions can be made to the return policy 

Store credit will be issued for for the following items (returns incur an 5% restocking fee, store credit will be issued for the full item value minus shipping and expires 1 year from the issuing date):

  • Clothing, unworn and unwashed with tags attached
  • Shoes, unworn in original undamaged packaging 

The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return due to state law:

  • Jewelry
  • Handbags
  • Hats
  • Scarves
  • Gloves
  • Socks and Stockings
  • Undergarments and Lingerie
  • Home Goods
  • Ceramics
  • Pantry Items
  • Apothecary and Beauty Items
  • Fragrances 
  • Seasonal Items

All products must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. Seven Sisters does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are Final Sale. Store credit expires 1 year from the issuing date. 

To Make a Return Request:

1. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.

2. Please email us at sevensistersdigital@gmail.com to receive further return instructions. Seven Sisters is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend that packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for their full value.

BRICK + MORTAR STORE and IN-STORE PICK UP RETURN POLICY

All Sales are Final when purchased in the brick and mortar store or via In-Store Pick Up. We provide a dressing room area in which to try clothing before purchase.  

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return due to state law:

PROMOTIONS

Please note that promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Seven Sisters does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping, handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. 

OTHER POLICIES

We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for return, if they qualify with the above. Purchases made from outside stores or websites are not eligible for return or exchange here. Please refer to their returns policy.

Once orders are placed we are unable to accept cancellations. We do not offer exchanges or order cancellations and we hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All store credit issued expires 1 year from the issuing date.
