More About the MakerCordera is about contemporary and minimal designs holding hands with an ethical and sustainable production, 100% made in Spain. Behind the brand there are two sisters, Mónica and María, who together strive to dress their values and create timeless wardrobes curated with minimal designs.

The brand is based in Galicia, where all the garments are ethically and carefully crafted. Galicia is a place full of magical and exuberant landscapes, unique natural shapes and forms, and has always been Cordera's design inspiration. Cordera appreciates their Galacian heritage and values the artisan work in their local community. With local artisans at the helm, Cordera's knitwear is made using Japanese knitting machines and is finished by hand. They continue working with the same small family factories over and over again, which is an important part of their collection. Cordera believes in ethical practices and in the importance of creating connections with the people who make these garments possible.
