SHIPPING

Please note that we ship Wednesday - Friday of each week. Any orders placed when our office is closed (Monday and Tuesday) or when the United States Postal Service offices are closed (Saturday and Sunday) will ship out the following business day.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at sevensistersdigital@gmail.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. We cannot accept damages after this time period. No exceptions. 

LOST PACKAGES 

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once it is in the hands of our designated mail carrier (USPS), therefore Seven Sisters is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process with the USPS to either locate your package or get you a refund. 

IN-STORE PICK UP

If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is Final Sale. If you are unsure about the item you are interested in purchasing or would like to try it on in advance of purchasing, please come into the brick and mortar to view it before purchasing.
