More About the Maker: Edinburgh Honey Co. started with just 24 hives, and a passion for bees and good honey. Now they have grown to over 400 hives, and run a cosy Edinburgh shop with a small local team.

The owner, Andy, is a 3rd generation Beekeeper, keeping local bees for heather and rapeseed honey in their native Scotland. Andy's grandfather in Poland supplies them with Linden and Buckwheat Honeys. All of their honey is 100% raw, and 100% natural.
