To celebrate the third year (!) of the Fishwife and Fly By Jing partnership, Fishwife is releasing a gold-label, limited-run of Smoked Salmon with Sweet + Spicy Zhong. The founders (Jing and Becca) first developed this product three years ago, and have been in love with it ever since — we're so excited to finally share it with you!
These tins are a flavor-packed smash of Fishwife's caramelized, tender, and campfire-y smoked salmon and Fly By Jing's sweet, tangy, spicy and umami-rich Zhong sauce.
ABOUT OUR SMOKED SALMON WITH SWEET + SPICY ZHONG:
- Sourced directly from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal, and BAP, ASC and Global G.A.P. certification
- Smoked in small batches over a mix of beech, maple, and birch wood, hand-packed, and canned by fifth-generation family-run cannery on the central coast of Washington.
- Raised by third-generation family farmers in the icy Arctic circle with deep ocean currents that keep the water fresh.
Cans are BPA-free. Tin net weight is 3.2 oz
