Literally jam-packed with ripe bananas and flecks of real vanilla bean, this jam delivers a bold yet mellow flavor that’s irresistibly addictive. The richness of the bananas is beautifully rounded out by the warmth of vanilla, then finished with a delicate hint of sea salt for balance.

In 2010 Gino De Schrijver, a chef of 35 years, developed a line of savory and sweet culinary preserves to pair with every course of a meal. Unexpected herbs blend with fruits to yield complex, well balanced flavors. Gino transformed the underutilized spaces of The Delaware Valley Volunteer Firehouse into a full production facility. In exchange, they receive 5% of gross revenue. The surrounding farms inspire and supply many of the jams. They preserve only with 100% certified organic cane sugar and lemon.
