This cardigan is knitted from a cashmere and wool blend using a 3D knitting machine, resulting in a seamless finish that recalls traditional hand-knitting. Worked in classic garter stitch, it has a relaxed shape and round neckline. Soft, cosy and timeless, with an understated heritage character.

Made in Spain

More About the Maker: Diarte was founded in Madrid fifteen years ago by designer Ana Diarte, whose expertise in knitwear gave the brand its clear, unwavering identity: true knitwear, made in Spain, built to last. Every piece is produced within a few kilometers of their Madrid studio — factories so close you could walk between them — using Italian yarns selected from mills with a deep understanding of both craft and quality. Natural fibers are the foundation: Tencel, Merino wool, organic cotton, Egyptian cotton, upcycled cotton. Nothing oil-based unless absolutely necessary for structure or effect, and never to compromise quality.

Diarte started caring about sustainability before it was fashionable — fabric agents used to laugh at them for it. Today 80% of their production runs on solar energy and every yarn carries Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, ensuring the complete absence of harmful chemicals from fiber to finished garment. Architecture, modern art, and the quiet confidence of simple shapes inform collections of elevated basics and modern silhouettes designed to move with you through seasons, years, and life. Knitwear for women who know what they want.
