Yuzu syrup by Bacanha is an aromatic concentrate of this exceptional citrus fruit from Asia. Its aroma is tangy and fruity and its lemony scent is unique.
Raw yuzu syrup can be used in your recipes for cocktails or diluted with still or sparkling water to create a simple and refreshing yuzu water. It can also be used in your favorite recipes such as your lemonades.
