There's something quietly striking about this one. The wavy profile — rippling gently along the handle — gives it an almost sculptural quality at rest, and a natural, settled grip in motion. Twelve inches long, three inches wide, and made from maple wood that only deepens in warmth and color over time.
The wide, flat blade moves easily under food, sits softly against any cookware, and handles everything from a delicate crepe to a Sunday hash without complaint. Sealed in mineral oil and beeswax, it's the kind of tool that looks just as right hanging on a wall as it does in your hand.
Hand wash and dry. Oil regularly to keep the wood nourished and crack-free.

About Four Leaf Wood Shop:
Born in the sun-drenched hills of Ojai, California, Four Leaf Wood Shop is the quiet labor of Jack Gerard and Genevieve Barrere — two makers who began, as the best things do, simply by carving. Spoons, spatulas, knives. Learning what felt right in the hand, what held up over time, what was worth making at all.
Since 2015, that curiosity has refined itself into something distinct: functional objects in black walnut, cherry, and maple, shaped entirely by hand with traditional carving tools, sanded smooth, and sealed with nothing more than mineral oil and beeswax. No dyes, no stains — just wood in its truest form, grain and all.
Each piece is designed to move effortlessly from stove to table. Beautiful enough to leave out. Sturdy enough to last.
