A restoring addition to Yiayia’s basket of goodies. This delightful beverage is made from Sideritis scardica, a Greek herb renowned for its beneficial properties, combined with organic mint (Mentha x piperita). Naturally caffeine-free.

Yiayia’s mountain tea with mint is a unique brew with a refreshing aroma that rejuvenates the senses. Mint is traditionally used to aid digestion, relieve bloating and sooth sore throats.

Organic mountain tea (Sideritis scardica 75%), organic mint (Mentha x piperita 25%).
