It combines two of the most prolific and prevalent cultivars in contemporary tea—the Okumudori and Samidori. Similar to both of the cultivars it stems from, Shiranami offers a balanced taste profile between its pronounced, vegetal freshness and more umami undertones. It’s a light and refreshing matcha that can be enjoyed by itself or mixed with your milk of choice.
